Individual Counselling will provide women with the support they need to address and navigate personal and employment barriers and develop skills and strategies to deal with them. Counselling will also help them increase confidence, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, self-care and safety behaviours.

The workshops will help women develop employment and life skills. It is a great opportunity to build a connection with peers, improve mental health, reduce stress and reclaim power and control over their future.

Eligibility

Individuals over the age of 18 who identify as being female, in Australia, are welcome to participate in the program.

How do I access the program?

To book into this program or request more information call 1300 364 277 or email us at admin@reltas.com.au.

Contact details will be taken in the first instance, and then a service provider will phone the applicant back for a preliminary discussion. The process of assessing suitability for the program will then take place. Should an applicant not be selected for the program, they will be provided with alternative options.
