Healthy Relationships
This workshop is designed for anyone over the age of 18, who is looking to gain key skills to build a healthy relationship. This includes learning how to set boundaries, improve communication and building trust in your relationships.
Suitable for: People over 18 years.

Emotional Regulation
This workshop helps individuals learn how to regulate emotions whilst learning about how to manage triggers, anger and anxiety.

Dads Raising Sons
This 2.5-hour workshop is designed to strengthen the bond between fathers and their sons. Participants will explore ways to support their sons emotional development and help him build effective emotional regulation skills.
Suitable for: Fathers with sons under 12 years old.

Blended Together (Step Parenting for Couples and Individuals)*
This workshop is designed for parents, stepparents, and blended families to explore ways to support themselves and their children. It will focus on how to understand children’s experiences of blended and stepfamilies, and how to work together to create a harmonious home life. This is a 2 part workshop and a brief telephone interview is required prior to commencing.

Renovate your Relationship
This workshop is designed for men who are looking to strengthen their relationships. Just like at home, your relationship always needs work. You need to maintain and repair things when they get tired and run-down. If you do the maintenance work before the cracks appear you can take action.
