Trust, Respect and Connection
Healthy relationships are built on trust, mutual respect, clear boundaries and an understanding of each other’s needs and expectations. This session explores what trust means, how it develops and what can influence it within our relationships. Participants will consider the importance of personal boundaries, how expectations differ between individuals and how these differences can affect connection and communication. Through practical discussion and reflection, participants will explore ways to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, communicate expectations and build relationships that feel safe, respectful and supportive. The session offers practical insights that can be applied across family, friendship, community and other everyday relationships.
This workshop is funded by the Family Relationship Centre – an initiative of the Australian Government.
