Groups 4 Health
Build meaningful connections. Improve your wellbeing!
We all need meaningful social connections to thrive.
Whether you’ve recently moved, retired, experienced a relationship breakdown, lost someone important, or simply feel isolated, loneliness can have a significant impact on both your mental and physical health.
Groups 4 Health is an evidence-based program designed to help people build, strengthen and maintain social connections that support long-term wellbeing.
Rather than simply encouraging people to “get out more”, Groups 4 Health helps you understand how to create meaningful connections that last.
Through a series of interactive sessions, you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to build stronger social connections in ways that improve your wellbeing.
