Grief and Loss Counselling
Grief can feel overwhelming and unpredictable, and it affects everyone differently. You might be grieving the death of a loved one, coping with illness, losing a job, retiring, or adjusting to changes in relationships or your surroundings. Whatever the situation, grief is a natural response. Our counsellors listen, help you to understand your feelings, and support you to find a way forward.

Albie House Suicide Bereavement Groups
Albie House offers free suicide bereavement groups where you can find support through connection with others.
The groups are non-clinical, designed to provide a space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and take things at your own pace.

Seasons for Growth
Seasons for Growth is a small group program for children and young people aged 6–12 who are experiencing significant life changes, such as the death of a loved one, parental separation or divorce, moving house, or changes in friendships.
The program uses the idea of the seasons to help children and young people understand that change and grief are a normal part of life, and that feelings can come and go over time.

Death Over Chocolate
Death Over Chocolate provides practical, thoughtful guidance on how to approach conversations about end of life.
Designed to imitate the comfort and familiarity of the kitchen table, you are invited to pull up a chair, gather around a platter of sweet treats, and connect over the one experience we all share – death. It’s a chance to reflect, listen and learn in a way that feels supportive and approachable.
