RA Tas is building our Post Separation Services team.  The primary purpose of this position is to develop a project report regarding the viability and safety of offering CCS Services at alternative service delivery sites.

The Children’s Contact Service makes it possible for contact arrangements to take place with a minimum of stress both for children and their parents. It can also help with establishing a relationship between child and parent when there has been a period of limited or no contact.

Successful applicants will have the following attributes

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or in-depth understanding of the impact of family separation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of risk assessment tools and working with people, including children, experiencing family violence.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including report writing.
  • Ability to critically analyse data and information received from consultation with others
  • Experience in project management
