Recruitment Process
We recognise that finding the right match between each person and their job and place of employment is important, for both the person and the organisation.
All selection processes are based on:
- Assessment of merit; the extent to which each applicant has the abilities, aptitude, skills, qualifications, knowledge and experience relevant to the position, including ‘fit’ with our organisation.
- Assessment against realistic standards.
All applications must have the Application for Employment Form, together with a statement addressing the selection criteria, resume and any other relevant information in support of your application.
Pre Employment Screening: Our recruitment process includes the conducting of pre-employment screening checks including a National Criminal History check and Working with Children check.
