Reconnect

Reconnect works with young people aged 12-18 who are thinking about leaving home, or have already left. We work with you to help things feel more stable at home, school and in everyday life.

We’ll listen to what’s going on and support you to figure out what you want next.

If things are tough at home, we can help you and your family communicate better and work through conflict.

We’re here to help rebuild and strengthen relationships in a way that feels safe and respectful.

We can also connect you with other services if you need extra support.

Reconnect is free and confidential. What you share stays private, unless we’re required by law to share it.

You, your family, or someone supporting you like a teacher, youth worker or police officer can help you get connected to Reconnect.
