- How speaking up for yourself supports healthy self-respect
- Practical ways to share your needs clearly and confidently
- Small, realistic shifts that build your confidence and support your wellbeing
Through guided reflection, practical tools, and meaningful discussion, you’ll gain insight into how your internal beliefs influence your external behaviours.
