Self Worth | in-person

This free workshop offers a space to grow your self-worth and feel more confident prioritising your own wellbeing.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • How the way you see yourself shapes how you recognise and respond to your own needs
  • Why setting boundaries helps you stay well
  • How speaking up for yourself supports healthy self-respect
  • Practical ways to share your needs clearly and confidently
  • Small, realistic shifts that build your confidence and support your wellbeing

Through guided reflection, practical tools, and meaningful discussion, you’ll gain insight into how your internal beliefs influence your external behaviours.
