Self-esteem | in-person

This free workshop is designed to help you build confidence and develop a stronger, more positive sense of who you are.

Together, we will explore what shapes self-esteem and how it influences the way you see yourself, your abilities and your relationships. You’ll learn about different types of self-esteem and how they can show up in everyday life.

You’ll also be introduced to simple, practical tools you can use in daily life to build confidence, strengthen self-worth and respond more kindly to yourself.

This workshop is funded by the Family Relationship Centre, an initiative of the Australian Government.
