Seasons for Growth | in-person

This workshop supports children and young people to explore experiences of change, loss, and grief in a safe and supportive environment.

In this workshop, you are invited to explore your strengths through creative activities and guided discussions designed to support you where you’re at. As you take part, you can build confidence in yourself, strengthen how you communicate with others, and practice problem-solving skills you can use in everyday life. With the support of trained facilitators, you are encouraged to reflect on change – understanding that, like the seasons, change can feel challenging at times, but it can also open the door to growth, new possibilities, and renewed hope. You don’t have to have all the answers; this is a space where you can learn, reflect, and move forward at your own pace.

This workshop is funded by the Family Relationship Centre – an initiative of the Australian Government.
