Dads Raising Girls | Online

Dads Raising Girls is a free 2.5 hour online workshop created to support dads, stepdads and father figures with daughters aged 2 to 15 years.

The workshop is all about helping you build a strong, positive relationship with your daughter and stay connected as she grows. You’ll explore practical ideas to support her confidence, wellbeing and healthy development in ways that feel natural and achievable.

Together, we’ll look at what girls need from their dads at different stages of childhood and adolescence. We’ll talk about how simple everyday moments, like play and shared experiences, can build lasting memories and a strong bond. You’ll also explore ways to support your daughter’s emotional development and regulation, and how you can model respectful, healthy relationships as she grows into a young woman.

It’s a welcoming and supportive space where you can connect with other dads, share experiences and take away practical ideas you can use in daily life, at a pace that feels right for you.

This workshop is funded by the Family Relationship Centre, an initiative of the Australian Government.
