Dads Raising Boys | Online

Dads Raising Boys is a free 2.5 hour workshop designed to support dads, fathers and father figures who are raising boys.

This practical and welcoming session focuses on strengthening your relationship with your son and helping you feel more confident in guiding him as he grows into a young man. You’ll have the chance to reflect on your role, share experiences with other dads, and pick up simple tools you can use in everyday family life.

In the workshop, we’ll explore how to support your son’s emotional development and help him build self regulation skills. We’ll talk about the value of play, connection and quality time, and how these moments strengthen your relationship. We’ll also look at ways to build resilience and support boys’ wellbeing as they face challenges along the way.
