Supporting Children after Separation

The Supporting Children After Separation program helps children and teens adjust to family separation in a safe and supportive way.

Family changes can feel confusing and upsetting for young people. This program provides children and teens aged 5 to 17 with a safe space to share their feelings, make sense of what is happening, and build confidence and resilience.

We gently support young people to strengthen important relationships and navigate these changes with care and understanding.

We do not want fees to be a barrier when accessing our services, so if you have any questions about costs, please speak with your practitioner before making a payment.
