Reconnect
Reconnect helps young people stay connected to their family, education, community, and culture during tough times.
If you are aged 12 to 18, or up to 21 if you are newly arrived in Australia, and feeling disconnected from home, school, or friends, or worried about where you are living, Reconnect is here to support you.
This free and confidential program supports you and your family when things feel overwhelming. Our trained counsellors listen without judgment and provide individual support, practical help with school or living arrangements, and guidance for families.
We can help with challenges such as family conflict, housing worries, or difficulties at school. If it feels right for you, we can also support you and your family to talk things through, better understand what is happening, and find solutions together.
We respect your story, your pace, and your right to privacy.
Referrals can be made by you, your family, or through schools, Police, Family Services, and Youth Services.
This program is funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Treasury
