Men Engaging in New Strategies

The Men Engaging New Strategies (MENS) Program is a free service for men who want to change patterns of violence or abuse in their relationships.

The program provides a safe and supportive space where you can take responsibility, reflect on your behaviour, and learn skills to build respectful and healthy relationships.

You are supported to understand the impact of your behaviour and take ownership of your choices through individual and group-based work. The aim of the program is to increase safety for women and children by helping you reduce and prevent harmful behaviour.

This program is for men who are using low to medium risk family violence.

Relationships Australia Tasmania delivers this service with funding from the Tasmanian Government through the Safe Homes, Families, Communities: Tasmania’s Family and Sexual Violence Action Plan 2023–2027.
