Counselling

Our counselling service offers you a safe and confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. We can support you through experiences such as grief, anxiety, family changes, conflict, or loss.

When relationships or family dynamics feel strained, it can be especially helpful to talk with someone outside the situation. Counselling gives you the opportunity to step back, reflect, and gain support in a calm and neutral environment.

Our trained counsellors work alongside you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We support you to explore what is weighing on you, identify strategies that bring relief, and move towards healing and improved wellbeing. We can also help you recognise patterns, strengthen communication, and navigate conflict, change, or disconnection within your relationships.

Every session is tailored to your needs. You can expect:

  • A safe, non-judgemental space to talk openly
  • Support to gain clarity and new perspectives
  • Practical tools, coping strategies, and emotional skills
  • A focus on empowering you to make decisions and find solutions
  • Referrals to additional services if needed

We do not want fees to be a barrier when accessing our services, so if you have any questions about costs, please speak with your practitioner before making a payment.

This program is funded by the Australian Government, Department of Social Services.
