Child Inclusive Mediation

Child Inclusive Mediation helps ensure your child’s voice is heard safely and thoughtfully during the mediation process.

Both parents need to give their consent, and the service may not be suitable for every family situation.

Our child consultants are skilled, accredited practitioners with experience supporting children through the changes that can follow parental separation. They hold post-graduate qualifications in family dispute resolution and work to ensure your child’s voice is heard safely and constructively.

The role of the child consultant is to provide a neutral space where your child can share their feelings, to communicate those feelings back to you and the other parent in a safe and appropriate way, and to bring your child’s perspective into the mediation process. The child consultant always works independently and impartially.
