Relationships Australia Tasmania (RA Tas) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Research and Business Development Project Officer within the Organisational Development team.

RA Tas has been a leading provider of counselling and family relationship services in Tasmania for over 70 years. The role

The Project Officer – Research and Business Development will work within the Organisational Development team to coordinate research and evaluation activities at the program level and organisation wide. The position is responsible for developing and leading research and evaluation activities such as the six-monthly client satisfaction evaluation, provide representation on working groups as required, support the submission of grants and tenders, support the coordination of our Employee Assistance Program, and support other tasks as required.

  • Do you have community-sector research and/or program evaluation experience?
  • Do you have well-developed project management, communication and organisational skills?
  • Do you have an understanding of mental health promotion, suicide prevention, family/relationship issues and/or other concepts related to community wellbeing?
  • Do you like to work both independently and in a team?
