Self-care | in-person

This free workshop is designed to help you feel more supported in your everyday life by exploring simple and realistic ways to care for yourself.

Together, we’ll look at what self care really means and how looking after your mind, body and surroundings can improve your overall wellbeing. You’ll have the chance to reflect on how you’re currently caring for yourself and what might be getting in the way. We’ll share practical ideas that can fit into daily life, without pressure or guilt.

It’s a welcoming and supportive space where you can think about small changes that feel manageable and leave with ideas you can try in a way that suits you.

This workshop is funded by the Family Relationship Centre, an initiative of the Australian Government.
