Emotional Regulation | in-person

This free workshop is designed to help you feel more confident in understanding and managing your emotions.

Together, we’ll explore how emotions like anger, stress and anxiety show up in everyday life and how they can affect your wellbeing and relationships. You’ll have time to reflect on your own experiences and learn simple, practical tools to help you stay calm, think clearly and respond instead of reacting in the moment.

It’s a supportive and welcoming space where you can connect with others, try out new strategies and consider small changes that may help you feel more balanced and in control.
